Tiandy maintains a live firmware catalog covering every NVR model they've ever shipped — over a thousand firmware packages in total, updated regularly. Because it's such a large, fast-changing catalog, the best place to search it is directly on Tiandy's official portal rather than a static list here.
How to find your firmware
- Find your NVR's exact model number (and barcode, if you have it) — usually printed on a label on the underside or back of the device.
- Open Tiandy's NVR firmware search tool using the button below.
- Search by model, barcode, or product code to find the matching firmware package.
- Download the firmware and check its release notes before upgrading your device.
⚠️ Before you upgrade
Always match the firmware exactly to your NVR's model and hardware version. Installing the wrong firmware can make your device unusable. If you're unsure which file applies to your unit, contact us before upgrading.
